Status of RMA clearances

We have received the following statement from Washington Youth Soccer regarding RMA clearances: Effective immediately USSF registered referees, assignors, assessors, instructors and referee administrative staff who are in good standing with the Washington State Referee Committee (SRC) are no longer required to have current Washington Youth Soccer (WYS) Risk Management Application (RMA) clearance.

This requirement changed as soon as the SRC could show 100% control over who can be registered as a referee which includes passing both the SRCs and the USSF Legal Department's RMA program.
