No news yet, unfortunately. As far as we know, no games will be sanctioned until we are in "Phase III" of the virus recovery sequence. Even during Phase III there will be a strict limit on spectators.

In light of the current guidance regarding the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) spread in Washington, we'd like to suggest that you seek to minimize casual contact in your games. Whenever you'd be likely to experience handshakes (captain introductions, post-game handshake lines, pre-game coach introduction) consider using fist/forearm bumps. Alternately, consider just having everyone say "good game" (post-game) or just a simple "hi, my name is..." (captain intros). Fist bump the coaches instead of shak...

Match reports - please get them done

Referees: A reminder - you must complete your match reports within 48 hours. This gets you paid. If you need to do a match report, when you log on to pcsra.org you should see a message reminding you. Click the highlighted Match number and complete the information.

IF YOU WORKED A MATCH AND DO NOT SEE A REMINDER FOR THE MATCH REPORT - that means the system does not know that you worked the match! You need to send pat.firestone@live.com a note so I can get you properly assigned. Please include the match number if possible, or at least the time and field.

All, remember: if you need to cross the Narrows Bridge to officiate games for the Gig Harbor or West Narrows clubs, you will be reimbursed for the toll costs. Also both clubs participate in the bonus system that pays additional fees if you are the center referee on a match that isn't completely staffed (one or zero ARs).

2020 PCSRA Meetings

Regular Board Meetings are held the second (2nd) MONDAY of the month at the Poodle Dog restaurant in Fife at 7pm.
Special Board Meetings are called by the President. These meetings are at the Poodle Dog restaurant in Fife at 7pm.


Special Membership Meetings are called using the same criteria as Special Board Meetings and will also be posted on WHAT'S NEW.

PCSRA serves soccer competitions in Pierce County in Washington State including adult amateur, high school, and youth Leagues. This includes assigning licensed Referees, managing schedules, and all activities related to supporting these efforts.
