PCSRA Monthly Chapter Meeting at Curtis High School 8425 40th Street West, University Place, 98466 from 7-9pm. &lt;br /&gt;
8 station field practicum training; please bring flags, whistles and water with you to the field; dress appropriately for the weather.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Registration-if you have taken the test (and passed) IF you have all your paperwork (SRC and USSF forms) filled out correctly, IF you have a check payable to WSRC ($55.00 for grade 8) then Dave Painton will be available to register and give you a 2012 badge and license. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Please let Dave know in writing (email) if somebody else will be picking your check up for you-otherwise he does not release them-even to parents/sibs.&lt;br /&gt;

<item><title>2012 Testing and Registration Process</title>

Last DATE to register for 2012 will be May 31, 2012-if you are not registered for 2012 by 5-31-2012, then you will NOT be officiating fall soccer season-no exceptions (no, you cannot take a summer entry level clinic, summer entry level clinics do not count for training hours).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recertification for 2013 will not open until September.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

First you must log-on to the WASRC web site at www.wasrc.org. (If you forgot or do not know your SRC log in and password, email Area Referee Administrator (ARA) George England at george.england3@comcast.net).   &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Next go to the pull down menu on the left side of the home page to REFEREE, then EDUCATION, and then finally EXAM. It is available in both English and Spanish. The test itself is very easy to take. Click on Start Exam - it is timed so you need to finish in 2 hours of clock time. In the START phase you will be asked: &lt;br /&gt;
1.  Chapter: - is PCSRA.  This is very important If you don't use PCSRA, you will wait a long time should you need help. &lt;br /&gt;
2.  Instructor: - for PCSRA select Cindy Moore. &lt;br /&gt;
If you don't pass the test with a 75 or better you need to contact Cindy with a review plan and to remove the hold on your account.  If you have a problem with the test, email Cindy Moore at crmoore@u.washington.edu&lt;br /&gt;

The above Process applies to everyone currently registered for 2010 or 2011.  To remain certified, you must complete this process BEFORE December 31, 2011.  If you attended a Entry Level Clinic in June, July, or August as a NEW REFEREE, then you are already certified for 2012 and do not have to follow this process until this time next year.  If you are not sure, check your profile on the WASRC web site.&lt;br /&gt;

Entry Level Referee Grade 8: For the on-line portions of the USSF Grade 8 Soccer Referee Course, You MUST complete eighteen on-line training modules on the US Soccer internet site. Please print out the completion certificate at the end of each module and bring with you to the clinic on Saturday morning. NorTac will host its annual training meeting of the season at Jane Clark Clubhouse on Wednesday, December 15th from 7-9pm. Test, register check needed for $50.00 payable to WRDa for grade 8 license. Bring pen/pencil. You will need to take the recert test and pass with a score of 75 or better.&lt;br /&gt;
