PCSRA Monthly Chapter Meeting at Curtis High School 8425 40th Street West, University Place, 98466 from 7-9pm.
Training TBD..

Registration-if you have taken the test (and passed) IF you have all your paperwork (SRC and USSF forms) filled out correctly, IF you have a check payable to WSRC ($50.00 for grade 8) then Dave Painton will be available to register and give you a 2012 badge and license. You MUST be registered by 12-31 to officiate state cup matches and avoid a 10% late admin fee.

Please let Dave know in writing (email) if somebody else will be picking your check up for you-otherwise he does not release them-even to parents/sibs.

Championship U15-U19 Substitution Rules

CHAMPIONSHIP CUP U15-U19 SUBSTITUTION RULES

2012 Championship Cup matches at the B/G U15-U18 require limited substitution.
Does not apply to Founders Cup nor Challenge Cup

In accordance with US Youth Soccer National Championship Series rules, the State Championships will follow the below rules regarding substitutions:

a. For the U14 age group and below, unlimited substitutions shall be allowed

b. For all U15 and above:

(1) A maximum of 7 substitutions for each team shall be allowed in each game during each half of play and during overtime play.

(2) After leaving the game during a half of play, the substituted player may not re-enter the game during that same half of play.

(3) After leaving the game during overtime play, the substituted player may not re-enter the game. Once a player is replaced in either period of overtime the replaced player may not re-enter the game again and may not participate in kicks from the mark.

(Note from PCSRA Assignor: I will be requesting Clubs allow 4th Officials to be assigned to these games.)

Graham Fire & Rescue Station #94

SGE will host two recertification training meetings at Graham Fire & Rescue Station #94 (23014 70th Ave E
Graham, WA 98338)

Saturday, November 19th from 3-6pm
and
Saturday, December 3rd from 4-7pm

After completing your five required training hours, you will need to log onto the SRC website (aa referee-if you have forgotten your password, please contact George England-contact information listed below-to send you a new password) at url www.wasrc.org, under referee, education and exam. This is a 100 question, timed test (two hours to take). If you pass the test (with a 75 or better) then you may review the test questions that you missed on the site. If you fail the test, then you will need to study: laws of the game, review the training modules available on the website www.ussoccer.com under referee development, advice and situations from the WIR (week in review). After training/taking the test-and passing, please download and print your SRC registration form, USSF registration, check payable for $50.00 payable to WSRC and mail to ARA George England. His address may be found on the PCSRA website under the directory.

2012 Testing and Registration Process

TESTING:

First you must log-on to the WASRC web site at www.wasrc.org. (If you forgot or do not know your SRC log in and password, email Area Referee Administrator (ARA) George England at george.england3@comcast.net).

Next go to the pull down menu on the left side of the home page to REFEREE, then EDUCATION, and then finally EXAM. It is available in both English and Spanish. The test itself is very easy to take. Click on Start Exam - it is timed so you need to finish in 2 hours of clock time. In the START phase you will be asked:
1. Chapter: - is PCSRA. This is very important If you don't use PCSRA, you will wait a long time should you need help.
2. Instructor: - for PCSRA select Cindy Moore.
If you don't pass the test with a 75 or better you need to contact Cindy with a review plan and to remove the hold on your account. If you have a problem with the test, email Cindy Moore at crmoore@u.washington.edu

REGISTRATION:

To re-certify, ARA George England will be at the October, November, and December PCSRA monthly meetings. For USSF Registration questions, email George at george.england3@comcast.net. You can also mail him the required paperwork (see below) to:

To complete re-certification, you will need the following:

1. WA State Re-certification form, either electronic version printed from the WASRC site, or a paper copy completed by hand. http://www.wasrc.org/documents/recertification.pdf
2. Completed USSF Registration forms (available from the WASRC site). http://www.wasrc.org/documents/2009.USSF.Ref.Reg.Form.pdf
3. A check, payable to WASRC, The Fee Schedule is as follows:
- $50 (Grade 8)
- $55.00 (Grade 7)
- $85.00 (Grade 5 &6)
- $10.00 (Assignor)
- $40.00 (Assessor Grade 9)
- $45.00 (Assessor Grade 7)
- $75.00 (Assessor Grade 5&6)
- $40.00 (Instructor Grade 9)
- $45.00 (Instructor Grade 7)
- $75.00 (Instructor Grade 5&6)
4. Proof that you passed the written online test (from the website)

The above Process applies to everyone currently registered for 2010 or 2011. To remain certified, you must complete this process BEFORE December 31, 2011. If you attended a Entry Level Clinic in June, July, or August as a NEW REFEREE, then you are already certified for 2012 and do not have to follow this process until this time next year. If you are not sure, check your profile on the WASRC web site.

NorTac Annual testing/recertification

December 15th (DATE CHANGED)

NorTac will host its annual training meeting of the season at Jane Clark Clubhouse on Wednesday, December 15th from 7-9pm. Test, register check needed for $50.00 payable to WRDa for grade 8 license. Bring pen/pencil. You will need to take the recert test and pass with a score of 75 or better.
